Refurbishment and rebuild connecting three village houses in a rural hill village. The house has been fitted with Photo Voltaic panels on the new roof and the spaces inside connected together and opened up to make a contemporary holiday home with 4 double bedrooms, central living areas and two bathrooms. It has an internal balcony, a glazed terrace and a pergola shaded garden terrace.

The house had been converted in 1964 from a stone built long house and badly needed new inspiration. The rebuild added a bedroom to the existing three and opened the house into the re-landscaped gardens and the hillsides beyond, adding bathrooms and open living space. Updated with Solar Voltaic panels powering full heat pump central heating the house is now a wonderfully relaxing holiday retreat sleeping 8 people

A complete refurb and renewal of a Late C19th end of terrace house badly bomb damaged and not well rebuilt. All the external walls have been fully insulated and the sash windows draught-proofed and double glazed, A complete new roof and attic have been constructed to enable a 4Kw Photo Voltaic installation on a south facing slope and full rainwater collection and storage system to irrigate the new garden formed with raised beds from a fully paved rear yard. New bathrooms and an extended kitchen now open onto the new sun filled walled garden.
